Das ExplorCuring UV-System verwendet die Fusion®-Mikrowellenlampentechnologie, um die richtige Wellenlänge des UV-Lichts zu gewährleisten, aber auch eine konstante Leistung während einer garantierten Lebensdauer von mindestens 8000 Stunden!
Die Fokushöhe der UV-Lampen kann eingestellt werden und eine Reihe von Lampentypen bietet spezifische Wellenlängen, die zu Ihren Materialhärtungsparametern passen UV-System der FUSION F300-Serie, effizientere und schnellere UV-Härtung durch hohe Spitzenbestrahlung und niedriges Infrarot UV-Härtungssystem ist die Lampentechnologie.
Anwendung: Der UV-härtende Klebstoff ist für Montagevorgänge mit hohem Durchsatz konzipiert.Seine thixotrope Natur verringert die Migration des flüssigen Produkts nach dem Auftragen auf das Substrat.Die Aushärtungstiefe hängt sowohl von externen Faktoren ab, einschließlich der Art der Lichtquelle, der Lichtintensität und der Belichtungszeit, als auch von interne Faktoren einschließlich der Zusammensetzung des Klebstoffs.
